This has involved, interalia, preparation of Joint Venture Agreements, Project Management Agreements, Construction Contracts, handling the Change of User Process, preparation of Sale Agreements and Sub- leases, handling the Sectional Plan Process and registration of Sub- leases or Sectional Plans.

  • We also represent Vendors and Purchasers of Property in the Sale and Purchase transactions from negotiation to conclusion.
  • We have represented Banks and Financial Institutions funding purchasers of properties, by drafting and registering mortgages and charges.
  • We have represented Landlords and Tenants rights by drafting Leases/Tenancy Agreements.
